Go at your own risk and only if you have hours of time and patience to wait for your food. Took us 2 hrs to get a basic dessert and the management didnt have basic respect to inform about the delay. Doesnt look like it will last long with the service they are providing. The worse part is my friend warned me about their terrible service and delays and i still went to get disappointed. Big time they need to pull their socks or else they wont be able to sustain for long

If you don’t have anything available on the menu then just don’t open the restaurant yet! French fries are basic in a cafe…and they didn’t even had them.
Overall food was average, stale. We could feel that the chocolate pastry was not fresh, we asked for pink pasta but received red pasta, potato wedges were not fresh. What are they doing? The staff is good, supportive but that doesn’t help. People are here to eat! Only smiling and acting cute won’t help.
I came with some hopes but will not recommend this place.

They let you to place the order & then come back and “ask if you’ve made any advance booking ?” If booked in advance they’ll mention the menu which was given earlier was old and pricing is different on latest menu.
The pricing is nearly 40%-60% higher than the menu which would be given for walk-in customer.
Also they’ve put a small note to inform the management that it is pre booked so that they would give the menu which has higher pricing.

I can’t even begin to describe how utterly disappointing my experience was at The Chocolate Room Whitefield. Walking into this place felt like a health hazard waiting to happen. The hygiene? Non-existent. The tables were sticky, the floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days.
The service? Slow doesn’t even begin to cover it. I thought I’d aged a year by the time they brought my order. I’m pretty sure I could’ve flown to Switzerland, personally milked the cows, and crafted the chocolate faster than it took them to serve me. When my food finally arrived, it looked like something they had found in the back of the fridge. Cold, tasteless, and downright disappointing.
As for the staff, their attitude was as sour as the stale pastry they tried to pass off as dessert. Rude, inattentive, and clearly couldn’t care less about customer service.
Speaking of the owners, they must be too busy counting their profits from suckering in unsuspecting customers to care about the complete lack of quality.
Avoid this place like you’d avoid stepping in something disgusting—because that’s basically what this restaurant is: a mess.

This Restaurant has 2 sets of pricelist for dine-in customers. If you have done advance booking via Zomato then they will charge more. However if you are walk-in customers then they have a more lean pricing.
The price difference is almost about 30-40% more. This is a clear case of cheating.
Your food quality is good, please do not get into a habit of cheating customers, they are not fools. You might earn few more bucks in short term but won’t work out in longer run. Everyone will figure out your cheating in sometime.

Don't look at the hype created by influencers and go here! They are paid and it's all eyewash. And If you book through Zomato/swiggy you will be paying 30 to 40 percent extra.
We had booked through Zomato for some offers. Even though we got seated in 5 minutes, it took them 15 min to come and clear the table. Another 10 minutes to take order. Then we waited another 40 min for the order to come. We had to remind them. We asked for plain water, one of the guys have us bottled water saying the staff are busy.
Coming to food, having been a regular visitor of chocolate room in Ahmedabad, this is nothing like that. The food was basic. Cottage cheese panino was bun filled with 2 slices of cucumber, a small piece of paneer. And cheese. Even the dessert which they are famous for was pathetic.
Now the fun part.
Menu card had listed one amount. When we went to pay, each item was charged 100rs extra. According to menu card we ate for 750 but the bill amounted to 1100.
The staff are clueless about the dishes, not trained to be around customers. The manager doesn't give a damn. He was also clueless when a customer complained about wrong order.
Please do not go here. Kalyan nagar outlet was better than this. Would not recommend even to try desserts.
Parking: Can park two cars max and a couple of bikes.

Worst experience ever, I ordered fondue with 4 dippings, all the dippings were not at all fresh, the chocolate sticks were soggy, the brownies and muffins tasted too old which costed around 500 and the quantity is too less not at all worth the money, I have tried fondue in other places, this was the worst fondue I ever tried.
I went to this place seeing the reviews and ratings, I would say that is all fake and I would never recommend this place to anyone.
